My reasons for participating in Climbing for Change 2024 were not particularly valiant, truth be told.

Bente, my dear friend (and CEO at Accurate Network Services), came to our book club asking if any of us would be interested in joining a team to climb the equivalent elevation of Mount Robson while raising money for Wings of Providence. When the opportunity to complete a physical challenge with an awesome group of people while supporting women and children presents itself . . . I’m in!!!

We had an amazing day together walking that hill. The weather was perfect. The energy was exhilarating. The people were inspiring. It was a great event with wonderful people supporting great causes.

Zero hesitation, I’ll be back in 2025.
